New Halloween Boss! Azazel is also ready for fight!

Update log :

- can no longer dtd azazel (causing a bug where she spawns multi-times)
- Azazel shouldn't bug out any more (furthermore test it please)
- Azazel is now multi
- Pumpkins are now stackable for the hween event.
- New halloween boss map thanks to space! (right click the chest and teleport to boss)
- Added the new Halloween boss whom drops pumpkins
- Halloween boss has a 1/1500 chance to drop a spooky h'ween mask.
- Halloween boss has a max hit of 20, but can combo 3 hits in a row.
- Started a conversion to make our files not load from a .txt file anymore, and properly be stored in a .json to make it so I can
create an online control panel for staff, and players in the future. Password recovery in-game, etc.
(this project will take months) ^
- Pumpkins heal 14 hp similar to a purple sweet! Enjoy extra stackable food!
